Vasari 3 is a project designed by DFA Partners. The architectural development has successfully combined the history of the original building (early twentieth century) with the design and the practicality of today.
A building, two different souls
The modernity of the street-facing four-floor building meets the industrial soul of the two-floor internal unit, which features apartments with private garden. A luxurious inner courtyard connects the two units, offering tranquillity and silence to the whole complex.
The rigorous street façade boasts loggias and terraces, with windows that provide light and transparency inside.
Its industrial origins are shown in the internal unit, thanks to elements like exposed brick walls, wooden beams and ceilings.

Vasari 3 residents enjoy exclusive access to the laundry room and to a special Social Lounge with a professional equipped kitchen and outdoor garden, available for the residents to plan their private events and host friends and family in a dedicated area.
